PRE ARRANGED AIRPORT PROCEDURES

We have provided procedures for pre-arranged airport pick-ups from the Toronto Lester B. Pearson International Airport. Please review.

Terminal #1 Arrivals

From the arrivals level, proceed to the pre-arranged limousine area on the outside platform marked as “Post D”. Ask the commissionaire to call for Hazelton Limousine. Be sure to provide them with the name the limousine was reserved under. Your Limousine will arrive in under 2 minutes.

Terminal #2 currently  not  in operation.

Terminal #3 Arrivals

From the arrivals level, proceed to the pre-arranged limousine area on the outside platform marked as “Post 29”. Ask the commissionaire to call for Hazelton Limousine. Be sure to provide them with the name the limousine was reserved under. Your airline limousine will show up in less than 5 minutes.

Note: If for any reason you cannot find the pre-arranged limousine post, please ask a member of the airport staff for directions or call us at 416 830 7433. Please do not leave the airport without calling us first.
